The Dressed-Down Satin Slip Dress

When I think of Satin Slip Dresses, the first few things that come to mind are high heels, strapless bras, sexy form-fitting material that shows each and every one of your curves. I also think sexy, formal and uptight, which I have no desire to be apart of but once a year. If you’re not new here, you know I love being comfortable in my skin and what I cover it with. This look is dressing down your Satin Slip Dress but still feeling sexy while wearing it

I found this royal blue BBE Dreds from Marshall’s in an Extra large. I honestly didn’t think it would fit but decided to just step out on impulse and purchase it. Once I got home and tried it on I fell in love. The length and waistline are perfect.

To make it more of my style and comfortable, I added a black polka dot T shirt from H&M underneath and slid some white Reebok classics on my feet. Jacket season is upon us and my over sized denim jacket served it’s purpose of keeping me warm but most importantly, keeping me cute.
